Shipping policy
Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. We don't ship to other countries yet.
Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

These are estimates. Carrier delays, customs and peak seasons can add a few days.
Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Duties and taxes: prices are in US dollars. Orders to Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand may be charged import taxes or duties by your country's customs, which are paid by the recipient. Most orders of this size fall under the import threshold, but rules vary by country.
Address changes: email support@hyggles.com within 12 hours of ordering. After dispatch we can't change the address.
Lost or delayed parcels: if your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 25 business days after dispatch, email us. We'll trace it and, if it's lost, send a free replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address: if a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll re-send it once you confirm the right one.
